Victory in Downingtown, Sly Fox in Phoenixville, and the Wegmans in Collegeville all offer growlers for sale. Sly Fox has punchcards, buy 10 refills get one free. Wegmans is cool because you never know what they will have on tap, and usually there are some great local brews. Welcome back the good weather with a glass or two.
